Third REVEAL for Lori Anderson's Bead Soup Party #7

Third REVEAL for Lori Anderson's Bead Soup Party #7

Lori Anderson of Pretty things

Remember the beads that were sent to me by Katja?

Look at the focal to the left at the bottom

This is what I did with the focal; I've made a buckle-bracelet using a discarded leather belt:

And here are more beads:

I've used some of Katjas's handmade beads to make a necklace and bracelet:

I still have enough beads to make more jewellery!

3rd Reveal postponed by one week

Those who know me know this is not my modus operandi at all.  I'm the girl who has a ton of projects going and can normally get them done.  But this year has started off with a real bang.  I'm writing with only one eye opened.  Getting over a migraine.  I'm also getting scheduled to have nerves cauterized in my back and there are other things going on that I'm not quite ready to talk about but will eventually.

That being said, please forgive me for pushing the 3rd reveal to April 27th.  I am terribly sorry but it absolutely can't be helped.

Click here if you need directions on how to schedule your post if you're going to be away (or just feel like doing it).

Once again -- I'm very sorry.  This blog party is the one thing I think I bring to the beading world, so to postpone it not once, but twice -- well.  I wouldn't unless I had to, and I am so very sorry I have to.

Well, Lori posted the third reveal on time, and I am the one who is late!

Best wishes,
Anna

Anna, I absolutely LOVE and I'm thrilled with the bracelet!! Your idea is stunning and I fell in love with it in an instant! I like how you put some violet in the necklace and it gave it a totally different feeling. Love what you did with my pieces and I hope that the rest will inspire you as well and that you'll let me know how you use them :)
Bye, Kitty
