I'm inspired by the treasury-Round-ups made by Rose of The Beadings and Buttons of Randomcreative, I would like to present the treasuries in which my items recently have been included:

------
Many thanks to Lisa Sittniewski of Alterity who used the colour-scheme of my necklace for this entire treasury! Thank you so much Lisa! Here is one of Lisa's own amazing pieces of jewelry made with vintage buttons:

Mrs. Jenny Matlock's Saturday Centus - Week 93 -The wedding was at the firehouse

Jenny Matlock

Welcome to Mrs. Jenny Matlock's Saturday Centus week 93. SC is a writing challenge in which participants are required to write a text with a given prompt, using only 100 or less words, not including the prompt. This week's prompt is 'The wedding was at the firehouse'. To read Jenny's instructions scroll down past my text. But first, here is my text:

------

'Weddings!' moaned Cissi, 'Humans make such a fuss.'

'Yeah, but it might be fun wearing a pretty white dress!'

'What!?' gasped Cissi.

'Why not?' warbled Cassy, 'And all that yummy party-food.

'Sometimes their weddings can get "interesting". Mummy told me about one: A fire started somewhere in the church, just before the ceremony. Everyone left while the fire brigade put the fire out.'

'What happened?

'No one was hurt, but everything, except the caterers' containers, was distroyed. To finish the ceremony, they had to find another location really quick.'

'How?'

'The wedding was at the firehouse.'

------

Word count, including the prompt, according to WordCalc: 106
