Sanna finds a voice - Mrs. Jenny Matlock's - Saturday Centus - Week 53
Mrs. Jenny Matlock's instructions will follow my Saturday Centus-text for Week 53, which comes here:
Sanna Rumsten had reason to hold her tongue before moving to the new apartment. Her former husband tried to provoke her while she packed, and took every opportunity to humiliate and deride her; even at breakfast with the children.
Remembering that happy melody from the film about the transition from silent movies to the talkies, she started to hum the signature tune. Her ex kept complaining and Sanna begain singing out loud in order to not hear his harsh words. She sang "I'm singin' in the rain" until he left the room. Sanna thought: "I'd like to teach the world to sing." Sanna had found her voice.

Here are Mrs. Matlock's instructions for Week 53:
Welcome to week fifty-three of Saturday Centus. Today I thought we could just continue on a pretty 'normal' SC. No tricks, no gimmicks. Just 100 words in whatever genre you like (not including the eight words of the prompt). And the prompt this week is: I'd like to teach the world to sing... Please display link button or just a hyper-link back to Saturday Centus. Be careful to link your SC URL to the Linky and not just link to your main blog. Please e-mail me directly with ???'s or ask your question in a comment and I will do my best to get back to you as soon as possible. Feel free to link up anytime between now and next Saturday!
