I missed posting my special Christmas post for Alphabe-Thursday and I know that you should finish writing your post before posting. But I don't know how much time I have left before the link is closed. So I will post what I have and go around commenting when I am finished.
I wanted so much to write about Christmas. But it is sometimes hard to live the moment and write about it at the same time.
The Christmas and New Year's holiday season starts with the Saint Lucia on December 13th. I have posted about Lucia-celebrations earlier. This year, I did not have the wherewithall to take pictures of my daughter dressed as Lucia in her kindergarten-show for the parents. I'm sorry about this, but I do miss some things. It is the darkest time of the year and I am usually unwell around this time. It was beastly cold (-15 degrees Ceslius, I think, sorry the unit converter doesn't work right now [No, it's working now! Yippee" 5 degrees Fahrenheit!]).

Erik's birthday was December 18th. He is now nine years old! I do have some shots of Erik blowing out his one candle:
